Position Summary
Basic Function
The primary responsibility of the RSC Analyst Associate is to manual process payrolls received from Plan Sponsors and TPA’s using WINWEB, and supporting systems. The Group Remittance Associate is expected to utilize various resources to assess a situation to determine an appropriate course of action and pay off the remittance.
Essential Functions
• Work on extracting and processing key business data from master sheets
• Research of previously submitted information when needed
Job Responsibilities
1.Review and understand the request
2. Perform the required financial transaction for customer accounts as asked in the request
3. Complete the tasks assigned as per the pre-defined timelines
4. Maintain a day to day production tracker
5. Perform Time & Motion as required/applicable
6. Participate in the calls/discussions as applicable for this process (Team Huddles, Calibration, QA Feedback discussion, discussion with stateside team (as applicable) etc.)
7. Call out process related risk/issues/misses on timely manner and to the designated SPOC
8. Takes responsibility for the work done and share performance improvement ideas as applicable
