About the role
You’ll be providing client support, handling general administration, and assisting brokers with day to day tasks. You’ll be trusted with real client work, learn on the job, and build a pathway into broking with structured development and mentoring.

A Day in the Life
Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing (policies, endorsements, invoicing).
Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy.
Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing through collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre.
Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues.
Continuously improve processes, stay updated through training, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
Skills and experience
1-2 years’ experience in a similar client support / administration role
Attention to detail
Clear and effective in stakeholder communication
Great time management and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
A proactive approach and commitment to client service excellence
Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
