A busy Brooklyn-based firm, is looking for a motivated Insurance Broker assistant/Customer Service Rep to join our team! If you have some experience working in an insurance office and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
Work with insurance providers to negotiate the best policies
Assist with policy processing, renewals, and customer inquiries
Requirements:
Experience working in an insurance office (brokerage experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Insurance broker’s license (preferred, but not required)
Russian Bilingual preferred.
