We are Urgent Hiring For Top BPM MNCs @ Noida (Sector 135)& Jaipur 1) Process Associate - Insurance Claims Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc Responsibilities: • Good knowledge of Insurance / Claim processing • Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc. • Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action • Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution Minimum Qualifications • Graduate except MCom, BTech, BSC etc Preferred skills: • Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted • Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines • Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email. • The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company • The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation. Technical skills: • Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint • 2)Process Associate - Healthcare Claims. In this role, you will be responsible of Data Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information, procedure & impairment codes Responsibilities •The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits on healthcare claims to identify any billing aberrancy basis the clinical recommendations/judgment and review of the invoice, medical documents (if any), and payer-specific policies and guidelines •Identify any specific billing patterns or trends from different providers monthly •Communicate and coordinate with the clinical coordinator from client-side •Demonstrate ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and benchmarks •Maintain audit log and prepare and share MI from the audit log •Handle Customer Queries from providers or members via emails. Minimum qualifications • Graduate (Preferably BHMS/BUMS) • Good knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies Preferred qualifications • Excellent medical/clinical Knowledge across specialties, such as internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, etc. • 3)Process Associate - Insurance Transactions Responsibilities: • Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP • Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA • Plans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives! • Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted • Substantial Experience in Policy Admin/ Claims backend operations for Life Insurance, Annuities or Long Term Care Insurance • Ability to accurately interpret the information on the documents • Responsible for analyzing Complex documents pertaining to Life insurance and assign them accurate document type • Reading information received from different input sources, analyzing the same, and taking appropriate decision/action as per the defined guidelines • Candidate need to achieve daily production and accuracy targets Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Any graduate • Candidate should have good comprehension along with written and verbal communication skills • Experience of Life/health Insurance domain, preferably New business, producer/client services • 4) Process Associate - Pet Claims Responsibilities •Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution. •Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis •Responsible to demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative and innovation. •Responsible to demonstrate a high level personal integrity and investigation / negotiation skills •Responsible to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility •Responsible for handling Property & Casualty related situations Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications • B.
