We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Insurance & Compensation team in Melbourne as an Insurance & Compensation Clerk.


This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to kickstart a career in legal administration. The ideal candidate will bring 12 months experience in an administration position, along with a genuine interest in building a career in the legal industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Updating Caseflow, running processes on files;
Collating claim files;
Preparing and updating medical lists;
Preparing or typing legal correspondence of a legal nature from draft or dictated text;
Creating and maintaining files, manually and system based;
File management of documents, including correspondence, letters and file notes;
Any other duties as required.
Skills/Knowledge

Well-developed IT skills.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Excellent literacy and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
