Job Title: TPA Executive
Responsibilities
Register Cashless/paid insurance patients via hospital portal.
Manage initial approval.
Prepare all necessary documents for discharge and settlement of insurance claims.
Counsel patients regarding different packages and payment options.
Stay in constant touch with insurance providers, fix any technical issues and get maximum claims for the patients.
Act as a conduit between insurance providers, hospital management, doctors, patients and their agents.
Manage post surgical remibursement, cordinate with accounts and refund any payments to patients as per hospital policy.
Deal with insurance agents and manage patient grievances.
Qualifications
Minimum graduate degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent man management skills.
Experience: Varied
Pay package: Depends on experience, previous salary and interview process.
Location: On site, candidate must relocate/work in the hospital as per hospital policy.
