Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client experience
Qualifications
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend suitable products/services when appropriate
Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and customer service metrics is advantageous
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform typing tasks efficiently
