Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Delivery Leader, you are responsible for handling Insurance processes especially Life & Annuity Insurance for a global Insurance client
Responsibilities:
• You will work closely with the client & team across geographies to manage delivery operations and be compliant with Insurance regulations especially in Life Insurance processes – Claims, Policy Admin, AR/FC etc.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery goals, controls & compliance, SLA, Transformation goals especially in Life Insurance processes – Claims, Policy Admin, AR/FC etc.
• Responsible to achieve transformation at a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring, and leading the team
• Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training
• Ensure adequate mentorship & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 14-16 years of experience in Life & Annity Insurance Delivery & Transformations with global Insurance clients
• Managed team size of ~150 FTEs
• Preference to six sigma (GB) certified /agile champion
• Experience in creating and developing of value proposition, business cases, industry specific offerings
• Proficient in supporting sales team for building compelling business case for prospect clients to offshore business and work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement opportunities and implement the same across all processes
• Expertise to lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in end to end Insurance Process. In depth process knowledge in Life Insurance processes – Claims, Policy Admin, AR/FC etc. for large global Insurance clients
• Ability to influence people internal/external customers
• Good communicator
