With a transparent vision to lead the industry, Astral continues to expand its legacy of excellence and innovation across various product categories.\n Role Description* \nThis is a full-time in office role for an Insurance Executive, based in Ahmedabad.\n The Insurance \nExecutive will oversee and manage insurance-related activities, including liaising with insurance providers, coordinating coverage plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\n Responsibilities will also include delivering excellent customer service, handling insurance brokerage tasks, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve concerns. \n Qualifications* Proficiency in insurance practices and understanding of insurance brokerage processes Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and address queries Knowledge of finance principles as they relate to insurance operations Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred Prior experience in insurance or similar roles is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adhere to deadlines
