• Minimum qualification: Any graduate / intermediate
• Freshers with sales internship experience OR candidates with at least 1 year or 6 months experience in car insurance / BFSI / sales are eligible to apply for this role

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new Car / Automobile insurance policies for walk-in customers
• Handle renewals of car insurance policies
• Approach and convert customers visiting Ceramic Pro & Kavaca centers
• Explain insurance plans, coverage, and benefits to customers
• Coordinate with insurance companies for best quotes and issuance
• Maintain customer database for renewal follow-ups
• Achieve monthly policy sales targets
• Ensure smooth documentation and policy processing
