Key Responsibilities
Sales & Renewals: Actively sell new car insurance policies at the time of vehicle sale and manage the renewal process for existing customers.
Claims Assistance: Support customers in lodging insurance claims, liaising between the client, the workshop, and surveyors to speed up approvals.
Customer Guidance: Explain policy coverage, terms, and benefits clearly to customers to help them select appropriate insurance plans.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of insurance sales, renewals, and daily reports on pending cases and revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and insurance company representatives to ensure smooth operations.
