What would you do? • Conduct monitoring of assigned functions or processes (i.e. monitor Operations (I&I Ops) transactions and assess knowledge in servicing clients by reviewing client cases and front / middle / back-office workflow and processing results) • Manage assigned cases to review and report findings, maintaining specified production and efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable utility of service quality metrics • Identify and inform 1st level line management of ongoing improvement opportunities in service delivery within assigned areas • Conduct RCA for QC misses and document corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). • Use data analytics tools to monitor error trends and recommend process improvements. • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure QC findings prevent incorrect payments and client complaints. • Participate in calibration sessions and quality audits You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Processes and activities involved in managing and facilitating financial transactions, including payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, risk management, and customer support, typically conducted by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
