Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Insurance Operations team member. The role involves managing and coordinating insurance processes, supporting the execution of insurance brokerage services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails addressing customer queries, providing exceptional service, and driving growth by supporting the sales and operations teams in meeting objectives.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage operations
• Knowledge of Finance and its application in insurance processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
