Insurance Sales Executive
Hiring: Telesales Officers - insurance sales
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Rotational Week Off)
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
About the Role:We are looking for experienced Telesales Officers to join our dynamic sales team at Star Health Insurance. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote health insurance plans.
Explain product features and benefits to clients.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up on prospective customers and close sales effectively.
Maintain daily records and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory), Hindi, and English.
Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience is mandatory.
(Freshers are not eligible.)
Age: Up to 30 years.
Documents Required: Offer Letter and Experience Letter from previous employers.
Salary & Benefits:In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA based on experience and performance
