Role Overview
Responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and selling insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities :
Meet potential clients (field work)
Explain insurance products clearly
Generate leads through calls, references, and visits
Close sales and achieve targets
Maintain customer relationships
Follow up with clients
Requirements :
Good communication skills
Confidence in meeting new people
Basic sales knowledge (training can be given)
Willingness to work in field sales
