1. Insurance Sales Manager (1 Position)
Role Overview :
Responsible for managing the sales team, driving targets, and ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Set monthly/weekly sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Train and motivate team members
Build and maintain client relationships
Achieve business targets (insurance policies, revenue)
Coordinate with senior management
Requirements :
Good leadership & communication skills
Experience in sales (insurance preferred)
Target-driven mindset
Ability to handle team pressure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
