• Creation of new POSPs monthly basis as target given to you.
• Sourcing Business through POSPs as target given to you (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly)
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling product knowledge update/ training.
• Manage month-end sales target achievement process as well as quarter-end/ year-end.
• Submit daily projections, join morning hurdles as instructed by your reporting manager.
• Work with POSPs to achieve daily/monthly targets as assigned by reporting manager.
