Job Title: Dynamic/Elite Sales Manager Life / Health / Motor Vertical.
Location: Jaipur CTC: 2.50 Lakh per annum to 4.50 Lakh per annum
Report to: Sr. Sales Manager/ Sr. Elite Manager
We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales, preferably local person from Jaipur.
Insurance Sales Representative duties and responsibilities
• Continuous prospecting & Recruitment of POSPs.
• Regular Training & Development of POSPs as per the schedule.
• Joint calls with POSPs as and when required.
• Daily reporting as per Morning & Evening timeline along with the review on progress with line manager.
• Attend meetings, Morning Huddle, calls as per the schedule.
• Attend all the trainings, other skill builders & development programs regularly.
• Provide prompt and timely after sales service to all the associated POSPs and their customers.
• Ensure 13th month & regular persistency for smooth running of business.
• Ensure frequent activities for customer engagement.
• Work dedicatedly to ensure performance targets and goal sheet to achieve monthly & annually as per the PMS.
• Ensure to deliver policies to new clients and explain benefits & associated risk of the policy.
• Re assess the policy needs of existing customers on life changing events.
• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Insurance Sales Representative Basic Eligibility and qualification
· Any graduate with good communication skill and open market knowledge.
· Strong customer relationship
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Must be good in developing, coaching and nurturing the team.
· Impeccable interpersonal skills and polite attitude.
· Well organized with time great management abilities
