• Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to evaluate AI models used in underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, and pricing
• Identify gaps, biases, and limitations in existing AI models and provide domain insights for improvement
• Validate AI outputs against real-world insurance practices regulatory requirements customer experience standards
• Define key metrics success criteria measure model performance business relevance
