Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business for Surety Bonds. The role involves reaching out to pre-qualified leads and companies participating in government tenders, understanding their requirements, and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities :
• Connect with company representatives from the provided database/leads via calls and emails
• Personal meeting with clients in Ahmedabad
• Understand client requirements related to government tenders and surety bonds
• Explain product benefits and guide clients through the process
• Convert assigned leads into business opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and issuance
• Track and update all interactions in CRM or internal systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria :
• Education: Graduation is mandatory
• Certification: Must have cleared the Broker Qualified Person (BQP) Exam of IRDA
• Language Skills: Spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in General Insurance sales
