Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Telecaller will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing clients to discuss their insurance needs, providing information about various insurance policies, and assisting clients in selecting the best insurance options for them. The telecaller will also handle documentation, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills, Public Relations, and Customer Service skills
Basic Computer Skills, Data Entry, and Documentation
Understanding of various insurance policies and market research
Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus
Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
