We are looking for people with min 12 months of Customer Care/BPO experience for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon.
:
Provide Customer Support
Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Little Tech Knowledge
Technical Bend is an extra advantage
Eligibility:
12 months experience in Customer care
Good communication skills
Grad/ UG are eligible with one-year exp.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate. UG
Min 1-year Chat Experience
Compensation: 26,000 in hand
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
