Greetings from KVC CONSULTANTS LTD.
We are looking for people with min 6 months of Customer Care/BPO experience for ITES Company based out of Mumbai.
:
• Provide Customer Support
• Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Eligibility:
• 6 months experience in Customer care
• Good communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Good Knowledge of networking
Compensation: 22,000 - 30,000 in hand
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
