:
Provide Customer Support
Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Eligibility:
6 months experience in Customer care
Good communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Good Knowledge of networking
Compensation: 22,000 - 30,000 in hand
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
