Job Description
You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence. Your Role
Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highest customer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI). Your Responsibilities
You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.
To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.
To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.
To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.
Your Skills and Experiences
Post graduate from a recognized university in Supply Chain.
Approx. 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position.
Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
