The ideal candidate will have experience in integration platform development, application support, and service delivery across multiple technology stacks. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions across platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Informatica, MuleSoft, and other enterprise-grade integration technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Monitor, support, and troubleshoot integration services in production environments. Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes. Prepare comprehensive documentation including interface specifications, data mappings, and support runbooks. Implement proactive logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms. Contribute to continuous improvement of integration architecture and support processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience with integration development using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management), Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API design principles. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus. Experience with database integration, preferably with Snowflake. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, MuleSoft Certified Developer). Experience supporting and optimizing integration platforms in production environments. Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS) in integration contexts. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes. Education Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or related degree/postgraduate qualification.
