General Shift- + to 6 PM
Morning shift- 5 am to 1 PM

Role Responsibilities
Understand customer requirement, develop and evaluate alternative integration solutions
Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications
Involvement with resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment
Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis with the team and help in resolution of the problems using defined problem management procedure
Prepare status reports and present the same to the customer and other stake holders
Coordinate with internal as well as external teams located both at onshore and offshore for deliveries and status
Mentor and guide team on technology, frameworks, processes and ensure quality of deliverables as per agreed SLAs
Schedule and monitor the tasks assigned to the team
Able to perform framework changes and do impact analysis
Strong experience on Development and support on Integration engines like WMB/IIB/ACE
Good to have- Experience on Development and support on Axway product suite( Managed file transfer)
Good to have- Experience on Development and support on Rhapsody integration engine
Strong understanding of Healthcare data standards like HL7, CDA, FHIR etc
Good experience with all kind of interfaces( realitime, batch, Webservices etc) built in IBM Integration Bus
Requirements
Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus/Distance Education (BE/B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA/M.Tech)
5.00-7.00 Years
