This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.

You’ll work closely with initiative leads to identify impacts, stakeholders, and operational requirements, keeping service levels, KPIs, and customer advocacy at the forefront.
You will align business‑case requirements, manage operational risks, and map impacted processes, systems, and controls. You’ll coordinate CS resource engagement, plan for effective resourcing and backfills, and contribute to the UNITE change strategy to ensure the transformation supports CS goals such as SLA performance, process simplification, reduced manual controls, and OPEX efficiency.
You’ll manage dependencies across major transformation initiatives, support CS governance through timely business‑case and change‑request reviews and maintain strong engagement across CS business units so impacts are clear, risks are managed, and the program lands successfully.
