Role/ Key Responsibilities
Develop & support system integrations within the architecture of the Workday HCM
system.
Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to
existing integrations and develop new integrations.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear
documentation, and problem resolution.
Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed.
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience building integrations with Workday HRIS.
Experience creating Inbound and Outbound EIB integrations, including use of XSLT transformations.
Experience designing and building Workday integrations using Core Connector, Cloud Connector, Report Designer, Workday Studio.
Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, Web Services and REST APIs, Java.
Excellent report writing skills in building reports of all types, Advanced, Matrix,
Dashboard, etc.
Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
Full understanding of security surrounding integrations – X50+, PGP, SSH, ISU/ISG
creation, etc.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
BIRT experience is a plus.
Workday Extended experience is a plus.
