Your Role and Responsibilities

Role will demand to work with multiple stakeholders across IBM as well as other organizations. Based on the market demands & priority, role would demand you to work across different projects, time zones, teams etc
As an Application Developer – Integration/Business Automation, you will contribute to the development of solutions in an agile environment as per the solution design. The success of IBM is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your work will power IBM and its clients globally, collaborating and integrating code into enterprise systems. You will have access to the latest education, tools and technology, and a limitless career path with the world’s technology leader.
What you’ll do:
• Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on Integration /Business automation
• Work for smooth delivery of assigned projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
• Ensure & maximize team's technical capability of IBM product stack.
• Be a hands-on person and deliver. Essentially walk the talk.
• Based on customer requirements, develop and deliver the required solutions
• Contribute towards development of deployment accelerators, articles and cookbooks.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Relevant experience of 2 - 3 years on experience in Workflow / Integration Development projects
• Hands experience on IBM API connect with knowledge on Developer Portal, API Manager & Developer toolkit
• Strong knowledge on setting up plans & managing developer portal
• Hands on experience in developing services and supporting using IBM DataPower and IBM APIC service components
• Strong knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies, REST application & Micro service design.
• Knowledge of JSON, JWT and JWKS and their underlying specifications
• Rich experience on design & development of Workflow solutions using Filenet, Datacap, ODM, RPA, BPM, BAW, Workstreams capability
• Java / J2EE – Restful services, WebServices experience for integrations with interfacing sysems
• UI Technologies for solution development.
• Basic database / SQL experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
• Demonstrates very strong verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• IBM API Connect - API Developments / IBM BAW development
• Knowledge and experience in development workflow based solutions
• SQL scripting experience
• Good Communicaiton language skills (written and spoken)
• Customer focus (ability to set correct expectations, meet deadlines and proactively communicate with Customer)
• Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge on DevOps.
