Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production
Edit and produce high-quality videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Lead the end-to-end video production process, including filming, and post-production.
On-Camera Presentation
Act as the face of Intellismith for social media platforms and the Centre for Skill platform.
Deliver engaging and relatable content on-camera for training modules, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
Work closely with the content team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Adaptability in a Startup Setting

Skills and Experience Required
Video Editing Expertise:
2-3 years of professional experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team.
On-Camera Presence:
Prior experience in front of the camera, whether for a
professional role or personal projects (e.g., YouTube channel), with confidence and clarity in delivery.
