• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Assist in medical procedures and use advanced medical equipment essential for patient care within the ICU.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for documentation and follow-up care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest best practices in intensive care nursing.
