In this role, you’ll work alongside individuals and families at risk of losing their tenancy - helping them stabilise their housing, address challenges, and connect with the right supports. This is an intensive, short-term intervention role focused on creating lasting outcomes.

What you’ll do
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

Working alongside individuals and families with complex needs to provide intensive, person-centred support and achieve positive outcomes
Taking a holistic approach to assessment and developing practical, goal-focused plans to help sustain tenancies at risk
Supporting tenants to improve property conditions and address underlying issues
Delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based support tailored to individual needs
Advocating for clients and connecting them with services and community supports
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Contributing to case conferences and coordinated care
Maintaining accurate case notes and reporting
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:

Experience in case management (assessment, planning, referral, advocacy)
Understanding of homelessness, housing and social justice
Ability to apply trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches
Experience supporting people with complex needs
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and varied lived experiences
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
We would also love you to have:

A qualification in community services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in housing or tenancy support
Experience working in multi-agency or collaborative settings
