Job Description
ü Directing the financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations; budgeting, forecasting leading to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity
ü Leading a team for Planning, Execution and Conclusion
ü Ensuring periodic review of ledgers and maintenance of books of accounts as per accepted accounting standards
ü Maintaining and reconciling accounts as well as preparing reports; creating, documenting, and posting complex journal entries; recording various intercompany transactions and cost allocations
ü Having a stiff monitoring and control on Accounts Receivable and ensuring its regular follow-ups and smooth collectability
ü Planning & executing the monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements; administering the monthly closing process
ü Developing periodic Monthly Income Statement while managing internal audit/statutory audit · Filing e-TDS & GST Returns (GSTR 1 / GST 3B & GST Annual Return
ü Implementing and documenting record keeping, accounting process and accounting packages to run accounting system in the organization
ü Ascertaining timely preparation of financial statements and supporting work papers consistent with regulatory reporting frameworks and within agreed timelines
ü Liaising with various financial institutions like banks, factoring agencies, investing firms, customers and vendors
ü Monitoring compliance-related activities involving the review of annual tax filing and projections, evaluating the tax effect and implications of business strategies and proposals
ü Ensuring appropriate withholding of taxes, timely deposit of monthly withholding / filing TDS and Profession Tax under various sections of the Income Tax.
ü Preparing salary and computing Employee Tax
ü Ensuring adherence to the process with involvement in vendor management, rate negotiation & finalization and monitoring of vendor performance
ü Working on client TDS & GST return
ü MIS
ü Handling Internal Audit

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
