Roles and Responsibilities :
• Working experience of 1+ years on Oracle Database Administration
• Working Knowledge on oracle RDBMS versions including oracle 10g,11g,12c, 18c, 1+c
• Working knowledge on oracle RAC+ASM in all versions
• Installation of oracle cluster/database on UNIX platform
• Working knowledge on upgrade and migration of oracle databases
• Basic understanding of change management process
• Good Knowledge in Oracle performance tuning
• Good knowledge in oracle backup and recovery process using RMAN
• Trouble shooting skill for oracle cluster and database issues.
• Working knowledge on oracle database patching
• Knowledge on unix shell scripting
• Good working knowledge in database backup and recovery using RMAN
• Good knowledge in managing oracle database running in grid and standalone environment
• Good knowledge in managing databases using OEM and setup monitoring for databases using OEM
• Good working knowledge of the Oracle dataguard configurations
• Responsible for supporting the Oracle databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security
• Responsible for database operation delivery with high standards and efficiently
• Must be proactive and self-motivated, and not wait for direction
• Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills
• Must be flexible shifts and available for weekend on call support on need basis
