Job Description
10Times is looking for an ambitious and aggressive Team Lead (TL) for a US business development calling process. The TL will play a key role in building, training and driving results with a team of SDR. The ideal candidate would have experience in working in both the US market and call-center setup or large team focused on calling.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for training & managing team in order to achieve target for client onboarding and generating SQL (sales qualified leads).
• Hire Train SDR's for the US market
• Research, manage and assign data for prospecting
• Track team performance and address concerns
• Ensure hygiene is daily/weekly reporting
• Coordinate with business development (AM's) team to ensure process Extensive hands-on experience working in US shift
• Strong ethical bias and ability to build and implement process
• 3+ years of experience in international business development preferably in US
• Market knowledge and sales skills to acquire customers.
• Experience in building and handling a team
• Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical and problem-solving
