About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer, who will lead a team of Jr. Full Stack Developer and be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of web and mobile applications. You should have a strong understanding of front end and back end technologies, as well as experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Jr. Full Stack Developers in the design, development and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new features.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Test and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Manage team schedules and project timelines.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Requirement
• B.Tech in Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Java Script.
• Experience with front end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js ,PHP Laravel
• Good to have Ruby on Rails, Django.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL / PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
