Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our call center sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing individual and team sales metrics.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Team Leadership:
• Manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set performance targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and goals.
Customer Acquisition:
• Lead the team in acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Sales Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize sales data and analytics to optimize processes and improve sales performance.
Training And Development:
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Budget Management:
• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales department budget.
• Monitor expenses, ensuring they are within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI.
Compliance And Ethics:
• Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position with a six-days working schedule. 1 weekly rotational off.
• The Manager will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer
