Job Title: Marketing Manager
Industry: Retail Giant - Well-known international brand
Day Rate: £300 a day via umbrella
Location: London, 2-3 days a week in the office, the rest WFH
Length: 12 months Initially
Start: ASAP
We are working in partnership with a well known tech and retail brand to hire a Marketing Manager for their International team.
Job Duties:
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop multi-channel strategies, including campaign design, targeting, and audience messaging.
• Global Collaboration: Work with international teams on global and local campaigns.
• Requirements & Specs: Define specifications for communication campaigns and automated programs.
• Analytics Partnership: Collaborate with analytics teams to optimize marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and report marketing performance to stakeholders.
• Project Management: Manage and execute marketing initiatives efficiently.
Required Skills:
• Experience as a Marketing Manager or Campaign Manager in a large-scale international matrix environment
• Proven success in digital marketing, driving user engagement, retention, and transactions.
• Experience leading lifecycle or affiliate marketing programs in e-commerce or similar.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in optimizing marketing channels (push notifications, email, in-app, etc.).
• Skilled in digital marketing analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience working in global markets and adapting strategies for regional differences.
• Detail-oriented
