Role: Interim Sales and Marketing Director (Fixed-Term 12 months)
Location: London (Part-time, Mon-Fri half days)
Salary: Up to £80,000 (pro-rata £40,000k)

• Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
• Oversee key client relationships, providing strategy and support across various sectors.
• Regularly report on team performance to the Board and Senior Management Team.
Skills:
• Proven experience in managing sales and marketing teams with a strong focus on leadership and client service.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
