Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior 3D Visualizer to transform design concepts into high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, materiality, lighting, and composition to help communicate design ideas effectively to clients and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create realistic 3D views, renderings, and walkthroughs based on 2D drawings or design inputs.
Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand design intent.
Develop textures, lighting setups, and material finishes to ensure photorealistic outputs.
Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising quality.
Revise visualizations based on feedback from the design and client teams.
Maintain organized file structures and render libraries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the interior design or architecture field.
Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of interior design, lighting, materials, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Knowledge of animation, post-production, or real-time rendering software (e.g., Lumion, 3D Max, Render, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Time management and organizational skills.
