Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and removing old paint
Mix, match, and apply paints and finishes
Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
Required:
Proficient in surface restoration and prep work
Skilled with hand tools and painting techniques
Knowledge of color theory
Experience in residential, commercial, and construction painting
Preferred:
Background in maintenance work
Familiarity with construction site environments
Experience with airless paint spraying equipment
