Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and functional design concepts for interior spaces (residential, offices, retail, hospitality, or mixeduse as applicable).
Prepare detailed 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, and elevations using CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Create 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare material boards, finish schedules, and technical specifications for flooring, wall treatments, ceiling systems, and fixtures.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and adherence to design intent.
Conduct site visits to supervise work, address onsite issues, and ensure quality and compliance with plans and budgets.
Manage project timelines and budgets , ensuring deliverables are completed within agreedupon schedules and cost parameters.
Stay updated on interior trends, materials, and regulations , and apply best practices to all projects.
