Role & Responsibility
1) Minimum experience 5 years
2) Led and delivered at least 5 to 6 Residential Projects
3) Holds excellent Knowledge of Design tools,PPT,Presentation,autocad.
4) Holds design expertise in Conceptual Design(layout,Style,Moodboad).
5) Technical Design(Material Knowledge,Execution and Drawing Preparation).
6) Modular Design(Material knowledge and Drawing Preparation)
7) Civil works and services(Specifications and Installation)
8) Holds Project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers.
+) Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork ,Integrity and Ethics, Crisp and meaningful Communication.
10) Hold a high degree of willingness to learn
