Job Description
Handling the full design process starting from the Client discussion, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Work orders, Executions, and Payment follow-ups.
Manage/be a part of a team of Interior Designers, and to produce all necessary drawings and documents as per the agreed deliverables and project's requirements with respect to the timeline program of work. Prepare design timelines and schedules for each project Coordinate and report with the Management. This involves regular communication to ensure alignment, share progress updates, and address any issues or changes. Effective coordination helps maintain project consistency and ensures that ID works align with organizational goals.
While preparing drawings, Coordinate Interior Design Drawings with all other disciplines like Architectural, Structural, MEP, and all other specialists.
Manage and perform projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
5-10 years of proven experience in the interior design and project management, with a focus on complex projects.
Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in design execution. Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in interior design practice.
