Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing engaging and informative demonstrations of our villas to prospective clients. Your expertise will help clients envision their future homes and make informed decisions about their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized demonstrations of villas to clients, showcasing design features and layout options.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, needs and lifestyle.
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual aids to illustrate potential interior design options.
• Provide guidance on color schemes, materials, furnishings, and décor to enhance the overall appeal of the villas.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate contemporary ideas into client presentations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless integration of design and sales efforts.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design specifications are met.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our properties and their unique selling points.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and successful client projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with clients and understand their needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Female candidates are preferred for this role due to the specific nature of client interactions and company culture.
• A warm, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating beautiful living spaces.
