Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Jaipur. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, architecture, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as designing and planning interior spaces, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of interior projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency. in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preparing detailed Drawings, specifications and BOQs.
Previous experience working in a design firm or architecture studio is preferred.
Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, ARB, RIBA) is a plus.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop conceptual designs and space plans that align with client needs and project objectives.
Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design scheme.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously improve design solutions.
Attend site visits, meetings, and presentations as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence.
Uphold company standards for design excellence, quality control, and customer service and proven experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects,
