This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Jaipur. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, architecture, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as designing and planning interior spaces, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of interior projects.
Qualifications
• Architecture and Interior Architecture expertise
• Experience in Interior Fit-out projects
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preparing detailed Drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Previous experience working in a design firm or architecture studio is preferred.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop conceptual designs and space plans that align with client needs and project objectives.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design scheme.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously improve design solutions.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and presentations as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence.
• Uphold company standards for design excellence, quality control, and customer service and proven experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
