Position: Architect (Commercial Interior Projects)
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Noida
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working on commercial interior projects, with a proven track record of coordinating with MEP consultants and preparing interior BOQs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Develop and refine architectural concepts and designs for commercial interior projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Coordination: Collaborate with MEP consultants, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the overall design.
• BOQ Preparation: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities
• Site Inspection: Organize frequent site visits with all stakeholders to inspect the site updates as per issued drawings and prepare MOMs and follow-up for smooth functioning of execution.
