2- Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
3- Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification
4- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
5- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and finishes
6- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
8- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
